A massive congratulations to our 3 pool teams on their recent haul of trophies from the Cambridge Area Pool League this season.
The Arbers and the B team finished champions in their divisions and will both be promoted to the 1st and 3rd divisions respectively. Extra congratulations to the B team for back to back promotions - only 2 seasons ago they were in division 5!
Our A team finished 2nd in the Premier Division a mere 2 points behind the Man on the Moon. As the Man on the Moon have made the title their own in recent years, to push them all the way was a fantastic effort and hopefully next time they can go one better!
The CAPL Team Knockout was also a fantastic success for Mickey Flynn's players with the final match being contended by the A Team and the Arbers. Unfortunately, there could only be one winner and the A Team edged out the plucky Arbers to take the title.
Our 8-Ball tables were only installed a year ago so to have 3 excellent teams (and a fourth joining next season) all winning silverware is a fantastic achievement!
